Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays go out the next business day. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order:
- Up to 2 lb — $4.90
- 2-5 lb — $5.90
- 5-70 lb — $19.90
Orders of $35.00 or more ship free.
Delivery time
Once your order is dispatched, delivery time depends on your address and the carrier. Your tracking link shows the carrier's current estimate. Weather and holiday volume can add a few days.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking shows delivered but you don't have your parcel, check with your household and neighbours and give it 48 hours — carriers sometimes scan early. If it still hasn't appeared, email info@southernfindsonline.com within 14 days of the delivery scan and we'll open a claim with the carrier and make it right.
Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, email a photo of the item and the packaging to info@southernfindsonline.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost to you.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute a parcel once it's with the carrier, and orders returned to us as undeliverable are refunded minus the original shipping cost.
